Buyer Services
Buyer Pre-approval
Buyers who plan to finance their property purchase with a loan must possess a current preapproval letter. This document is crucial as it defines your home search price range, aids in budgeting for housing expenses, and prepares you to make a competitive offer. Without a valid preapproval letter, our firm will not be able to show homes. If you require recommendations for mortgage lenders to obtain preapproval, please reach out to our office for assistance.
NAR Settlement Rules Change
Effective August 17th, 2024, all prospective home buyers who wish to view a property or request a virtual tour must have a signed Exclusive or non-Exclusive Agency Agreement in place. Buyers who opt not to sign a Buyer Agency Agreement will not be permitted to view the property. Those choosing to forgo representation will need to make arrangements for home tours independently.
For any questions regarding the NAR Settlement or inquiries on how these changes may impact you, please contact our office.
